How to Place My Biodegradable Custom Packaging Order
Placing a custom printed packaging order Is super simple! There are two options; First time ordering with Unicorn Pack? Read ‘Option 1’. Have you placed an order with us before? Read ‘Option 2’.
Option 1
For businesses that have never ordered with Unicorn Pack or are unfamiliar with our compostable products.
Step 1. The Pre-Consultation
Contact us below to schedule a phone consultation to discuss the details of your order.
Step 2. The Proposal
We will send you a proposal including pricing and time frame.
Step 3. Design
We will create your design to custom fit the selected biodegradable packaging.
Step 4. Sample Approval
Once the designed stencil has been finalised, we will create a sample of what your product will look like. Pending approval, we will commence to production stages.
Step 5. Production
This is where the magic happens! Once the design has been approved, we’ll begin printing. You’ll be notified of production start and finish dates. Still, given we are a manufacturer based company, there are no middlemen involved, which contributes to the quick turnaround time that Unicorn Pack is so famously known for.
Step 6. Freight
It’s time to see the product! We’ll send out your custom printed packaging to the registered shipping address, and you’re done!
Option 2
For clientele that have used Unicorn Pack’s custom printed packaging services previously and do not require a sample.
Step 1. Design
We will create your design to custom fit the selected biodegradable packaging. You can skip this step if it is a re-order and we already have your design on file.
Step 2. Production
We will jump to production and notify you as soon as production has commenced and then finalised.
Step 3. Freight
It’s time to see the product! We’ll send out your custom printed packaging to the registered shipping address, and you’re done!
