        All orders placed before midday will be dispatched that day. After this cut-off time, orders will be dispatched the following business day. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however, please allow 1 – 2 days for your order to be processed.

        RETURNS

        We hope you will love the products from Unicorn Pack. However, if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your purchase, subject to the following terms:


        Please read the following carefully before making a purchase as we will not be able to process your return/exchange if any of the following criteria is not met.

        • Returns must be approved by our customer service team before shipping.
        • Any concerns or issues must be raised within 10 days of receiving your purchase.
        • Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your purchase.
        • All products and packagings must remain in original condition.
        • Refunds are only available for full priced items unless faulty.

        We recommend to return your products with a tracking option, Unicorn Pack will not be responsible for any parcels that are lost in transit. 

        Your return will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. An email notification will be sent once your return is processed.

        We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, unless faulty.
